Subject: Tension pins??

Southeast Florida
Does anybody make a electronic tension pin that can be used as a pull pin? I'm putting wheels and a tung on a piece of equipment that normally 3-point hitch because I've gave up on getting my 4440 fixed and it's the only tractor with enough lift plus 18.4 tires. I'm now going to pull this with a POS 393 MF MFWD and it won't even move it with the lift. I'm afraid the tractor isn't going to have enough ass to drag the bed press without some way to lighten the load a little if it goes to pulling to hard.
http://www.kenncomfg.com/bp480.htm This is what I'm trying to pull except it's got a set of 24" disc blades inside pulling dirt to the middle and homemade. I've put a Dickey John GPS on it and now I need something to lighten the load a little.
Next problem is the junk tractor I've got to pull this is open center hydraulics and 2 remotes.
