We had a leak on our 6500 when we bought it used. Thought it was the final drive but after some disassembly discovered it was the wheel motor. We're real lucky to have a hydrostat repair shop just up the road but they basically had it a day and we have run three seasons now without a repeat leak. Even if you've got to ship the motor somewhere distant, I would look into getting it rebuilt. | |
