If you've only been employed by these folks for 7 months they likely are not as attached to you as you think they are. As someone else said as long as you are not under any contract, give them a generous notice and move on. Be sure this is really what you want and that you are ready for that lifestyle change. Many times when something sounds too good to be true it is exactly that. I wish you luck in your new life adventure.
