I trained a bunch of guys at JB , some stayed some left . Freightliner paid more . My big boss had a saying “ can’t blame anyone for trying to better themselves “

We never held it against them for leaving The bad part was it was always my best ones that left.

If they left on good terms the door was open to come back . They got a taste of the big dealership money and none ever returned.
