I dont know anything about your job offer, but the first thing that comes to mind is any place that needs a manager is going to be... corporate... for lack of a better word. I realize it is the way things are now, but you need to be looking at the whole picture with your eyes open, and not just $ or fairy tales. The grass isnt always greener on the other side of the fence.

Having said that, as long as you know what you are doing, go for it.
