Texas		My sister in law didn’t file for 10 years. When she finally did she got a mega refund. Tax code tends to do low income or no income folks a big favor.

If the guy worked a job for 20 years without filing and had his deductions set up like he had 10 dependents he may have trouble. But they will probably owe him money if he’s got no income to report.
