Turo is way easier than you can imagine once you get used to it.I left a set of binoculars in my Turo(forgot) after I turned it in to the driver at my gate,,he called 30 minutes later.He drove back 30 minutes to hand me my binoculars..I seem to think Hertz would have said stuff it..When you are there avoid Baltimore at all costs.Worse crime than many third world cities.
