North Central Texas | I'm 46 and know that if you hoe a trench around a big old pecan tree stump, pour 34 in it, pour a few gallons of diesel on the 34, light an m60 and throw it on the ring, you ain't got no stump left in the ground.
You never fight a chemical and or train fire before the person in charge of that facility or train tells you too. That was the mistake at West but there is also more to that story.
