With a clear line of site, and a PtP connection using LiteBeam 5Ac devices you should be able to get decent speeds... I've done similar links of over a mile with up to 200mbps+ speeds. If you have the 2nd gen starlink you might need to get the ethernet adapter (sold by starlink), unless you already purchased it. Inbox me if you would like help configuring the antennas...
