| I wouldn’t be afraid to rent any equipment to you.
I rented my in-line ripper out to the neighbors and when he dropped it back off he casually said it needs new points. I didn’t think much of it as I new it was getting a couple acres on them.
Next time I hooked it up to use it I saw what he meant. He wore it so far down the points all had lost off and the holes for the roll pins were gone on three out of five shanks.
I called him up and nicely mentioned to him that it took more then just points to put it back in service and if he would be willing to help cover some of the damage. He replies “ that’s why you charge rent and I already paid you.” | |
