Southern MN | 90% of those bushels will get sold in the next 2 months. Don’t understand why the buyer is supposed to give more than the market is telling him he needs to give. He has a good idea of the grain in the country, knows within a few percent how much of that will leave the farm by Sept, knows how much he needs to keep his plant running. He should be fired if he doesn’t factor this knowledge into his purchasing.
As yesterday anyway his bids were better than the ones you posted. We had a huge crop. Maybe he is bidding too much. | |
