Had a very similar trailer years ago. No problem taking the axle off, around here 3 axles is a dot magnet. Bridge laws not enforced in Indiana


Kind of what I was thinking, as far as I know Ohio wants the length, but enforcement around here isn't much of a concern. Haven't ever been stopped or heard anyone being stopped unless on a light weight county rd and you can buy a cheap permit for that. Current trailer wouldn't make bridge at 80k either, this one would probably be closer. We have variance for grain, so just stay lighter when hauling lime or stone just in case.
