As stated by others fire rating is pretty much useless. Better off welding a big chain to the back of the safe and putting the safe on an outside wall. Trench that chain in 50 feet from your house to a small rock or such. In the event of a fire just hook on and pull 'er out.
Sounds like a excellent plan, just need to do it and remember. |
