Subject: This is getting to be a real chore

SE SD

Putting more holes in my belt. Pants keep falling down. Been doing keto since early July. No sugar, no potatoes, mostly meat and eggs. Two meals a day and no cravings. I'm amazed. I was eating way too much sugar. No health issues but didn't want any either.
