Here is one food list. Link at the bottom of this post. Same info in both of them, one is PDF and the other is Excel spreadsheet.
The list is not all inclusive, just a good example of the foods to eat and the foods to avoid to be a low carb diet. To be a low carb diet total carbs need to be under about 100 or 120 grams total for the day. To be a ketogenic low carb diet (where the body goes into nutritional ketosis) the total carbs for the day needs to be under about 50 grams for a metabolically healthy person or under 20 for someone insulin resistant or diabetic.
The more meat you eat, the less you have to worry about carbs because the meat will cause satiety and less desire for the carbs.
