I personally like the dark meat a little over done. But not the dry white breast meat.
Although we rarely eat chicken any more. Used to eat lots of it. Mostly beef and pork now days just because it is what tastes best to us.
I am a cattleman but I can’t cook a decent steak to save me so I go out to eat when I want steak I can cook a pretty decent hamburger however . Chicken is cheap a dozen legs for 7$ they are huge legs to not like the kind you get from kfc off a dying layer |
