I am not sure on how much flow and pressure you need and maybe someone else will chime in but, we bought one of these to transfer all types of liquid around the farm. Including liquid fertilizer. It has been flawless and has been treated badly. We run it off the Polaris ranger battery and it seems to be pretty efficient pump power wise on that small of electrical system. It pumps close to 5 gallons a min with some pretty good pressure. For 59 bucks pick up 1 and try it. If you don't like it you can "take it back" which their company policy you will get to keep it as they don't know what you pumped with it. Hard to loose on that deal. It also self primes pretty darn well.

Edit to ad, that's at harbor freight.
With the electrical system of a tractor you could run 2 or 3 no issues if you need more flow.
