Interesting conversation about build your own cabling. You’re looking at $40 in plugs and pins, $2.00 a foot in wire, shrink material for the 4 wire CAN, and protective covering for the whole set with end shrink. Certainly cheaper than new OEM but very hard to beat a decent used 75528 cable.
