If it has version 31 or older in the 700 and 9.97 or older in the Nav, have them updated to the latest version. Version 33 for the 700 and 10 in the Nav seem to do a better job of steering without the left/right wander. Current version for that tractor is 35 I believe.

Couple of other things to check and adjust. Is the sensor on top of the left king pin? If it is, there is a pin that operates the pot. I've seen the nut on the bottom that holds it from turning is loose. Check the toe-in on the front tires, if they are toed-out the tractor will wander too.

Next, do a full calibration of the Accuguide with the transmission oil above 140 degrees. Deadzones and steering sensor will cause problems. When doing a calibration there are two methods with the newer software, automated and legacy. You can try both to see if there is a difference. Automated you drive in an open area at about 3MPH and it steers back and forth to do all the settings. Sometimes one way works better than the other.

Last there is a setting called D-Gain. The default setting is 0, you can add 5 to it at a time to see if that takes out the wander. The max setting is 200 something but you should never have to set it higher than 20 or so.

A properly operating system will steer about 1/4 inch on the cylinder at a time and tractor should stay under 1.5 inches from the commanded line 90% of the time.
