West Chazy, New York | If you spread and roll them on a hot day they will set up pretty close to fresh asphalt. Not quite as good but close. The base should be as good as for new paving or it will develop potholes. Check each load. Sometimes it comes in big chunks and sometimes it is mostly fines. If you get fines, keep them separate to finish the top. The roller is your friend. | |
