How much sugar as glucose is in an average persons bloodstream? And where does the excess go?

It is the dose that makes the poison. A little bit of sugar a metabolically healthy person can handle. A lot is problematic for the body and puts it in emergency mode to handle the overload.
Too much or too often leads down the path I went, the diabetic path. Then a person is no longer metabolically healthy. Diabetes is then diagnosed.
