Subject: Arthritis in general

Pittsburg, Kansas
I don't know if it would help you or not but my knee pain went away with a diet change.

Both knees hurt but one had one side on the x-ray where it was touching bone on bone. Got an injection and the surgeon said I would be up for knee replacement when the pain got to where I couldn't stand it.

That was about 5 and a half years ago. About 5 years ago wife and I started a low carb ketogenic diet to lose weight. No thought about both knees hurting. Within two weeks knee pain was reduced and within a month I was back to carrying two scuba tanks at one time instead of one like I had been when knees were hurting. No pain since and within the last year started sprinting two blocks each morning. Could not have ran let alone sprinted 50 feet 6 years ago.

The cartilage in my knees I presume has regrown, although surgeon said it would not.

Don't know if it would help you, but don't foo foo what a proper diet will do for healing. Here is one of many doctors I have listened to that his information has helped tremendously with my diabetes and general health improvements.

Sometimes the body can heal itself if we just quit damaging it long enough.
