Manitoba | I had specialist indicate the wrist replacements dont work well particularly if your going to try and continue to use the wrists a lot. Very different success rate vs other common replacements. But will talk to surgeon about the option.
I will dig deeper into diet but doctor indicated it doesnt grow back (cartilage)
I am open to anything to try and improve it and its discouraging when all medical advice focuses only on masking pain with no chance of helping the issue and that its only going to get worse.
