| I have some very small producing oil royalties in Williams and Divide Counties North Dakota...They only amount to a couple hundred dollars a year and are a pain in the rear...Cost me that much or more to have the taxes done...I've tried without luck to sell or GIVE back to the company...Also some firms buy mineral rights, but they won't even make an offer on the very small ones like this...
Any suggestions of how to get rid of them...I'm getting older, and don't want to pass the problem to my kids... | |
