No, The shell on it is hard enough to pass though the handling involved with it. IE fert augers, mixers, etc... Really it takes moisture to start working on it.

I would never go back to sidedressing with dry again. So much less stress if your going to get rain and have gotten better yields and less crop damage. Only thing that goes in now is the 120 ft sprayer post at knee high or so.
