NE WI | I see the AM2305 sensor being discontinued by the manufacturer. AM2315C is its replacement however this one is I2C vs a one wire serial interface. Any plans to convert to the new sensor for the future?
One thing I noticed the new sensor only has one I2C address available. That means with multiple sensors an I2C mux will be needed or have multiple I2C busses.
For the equilibrium are you using a formula or a lookup table based off the NDSU equilibrium charts?
Arduino mega is pretty old. Any plans to make this WiFi enabled for remote monitoring? ESP32 would be a good candidate for making it WiFi ready. Could use google sheets to capture readings.
