You can always plant at a half rate and diamond the field. Have heard of guys doing that. I plant 7.5s and where the autosteer drifts a little wide, to say 10 inch, we will get weeds.

Edit to add. Make sure to fertilize them too. I will put 100 units of N down as manure on bean stubble. Reins variety will still stand nice.
