NW Wisconsin
Are you trying to be low input or low profit??? Id blow my brains out if I planted conventonal beans on ground I know nothing about. It can turn into a nightmare real quick. You can get Enlist varietys for high 30's low 40's a bag... Is there really that much to be saved by getting conventional? certainly arent going to save any money in chemistry.... Kinda losts on that. I could see conventional corn being cheaper but not beans. If anything around here conventional beans cost more to raise because of the herbicide. Really no easy button in them.
