dyersville, ia 52040 | I've got two john deere dealers telling me tow different things. One says i can use a starfire 3000 with a starfire 7000 SF3 in a auto-path setup for my planter and tractor. The other says I need at least a SF6000 to mate w/ the SF7000. My hometown dealer is saying there was an update to the software this year that allowed the use of a 3000. I would like that to be true, as it would save me about a grand on buying a third receiver that would live and die on the planter.
