I could be wrong (which I usually am) but I don't think you can even get SF3 on a 7000 receiver. Its just SF1, SF-RTK, or RTK. But to answer your question, yes if you have SF-rtk or RTk on the 7000 which would go on the tractor it will share signal with a 3000 mounted on the planter
