Floyd County, Iowa | I worked at co-op for over 20 years, in all departments, including several years in agronomy, handling nh3, liquid nitrogens, dry fertilizers, chemicals. So crawl off your horse. If it was a mechanical issue, that's one thing. But if someone made a mistake that resulted in that mess, he was the wrong person for the job. Period. 200 gallons is an "oops", but this? I don't condemn the worker, but the management that put him in charge of that valve.
