I know there are a few older threads but I didn't know if any locals or others have more info. 

From what I can see on google maps and street view, the liquid upright tanks have earthen containment. (orange) There are 2 bullet tanks behind those that don't seem to have it. Is that where it came from? (also orange arrow)

There's a nice huge levee between the town (coop) and the river but one little creek that's probably dry half the year is right there to run under the levee and give it a free route to freedom. (blue) They almost had it all contained even if it leaked out with that flood levee. 

Looks like NH3 storage to the north of the huge new building. Not sure where else it could have come from?

Thanks, didn't look like enough gallons to add to that total anyway. 

The Nachurs place right to the north has plenty of liquid there too it looks. 

If it wasn't for that little ditch the river levee would have caught it all
