It costs more but that’s the only draw back we see, Likewise we have not heard of anyone going back to paper.
Personal experience, it’s supper convenient to thaw stuff out, it stays thawed longer in the fridge without turning brown, zero leakage. We retail some, people are more likely to buy when they can see what it is, by a wide margin.
