As long as you have the cellular coverage you should be on the right track for setting up ntrip to broadcast your cellular connections. If I recall correctly you have some experience with setting up network gear from ubiquiti wireless links so you shouldn't have much trouble getting the software side of things setup. There used to be some issues with getting the correct messages out the u-blox bases but there are various workaround for that issue if it even still exists.

As far as I know the 900mhz radio are fairly proprietary in how they broadcast. Generally different manufacturers can't be mixed and matched. The simplest solutions is typically to match the radios on both side of the link. I have used an old trimble ms750 for over 10 years now setup for ntrip. It has been a fairly reliable setup other than a few issues oddball issues that were cause be cheap networking gear.
