Southern Illinois
Are you asking about using a radio on the tractor with a local radio type base and not changing the wiring for an RTKonnect?

First setup the RTKonnect to allow external data on port 2. There is a checkbox in the PC configure software for that.
Then connect the radio serial port to the 9pin configuration serial port. Turn off the wifi hotspot on your tablet or phone so the RTKonnect cannot find it. Then any data I put into the 9pin port will be sent through to the receiver.

If the RTKonnect finds the hotspot it will initiate an NTRIP connection. If it cannot find a hotspot, then you can just send radio data straight through it. This way no wiring has to be changed around in the cab.
