The Trimble radio would connect to the tx/gnd pins of the ublox. You may have to do some voltage conversion between 3.3v and 5v or between 3.3/5v and RS232.

Most of the advantage of having a radio base in the field when doing dirt work is due to having the base in the field. You could use the Ublox F9P as a portable NTRIP base if you set something up with a data plan.

I have a little homemade hand-held battery-powered bluetooth UBlox F9P contraption. I can pair the bluetooth to an NTRIP app on my phone and as long as the phone is in range and has data it will serve as an NTRIP base station. That's not what I use it for, I use it for mapping boundaries and marking rocks and tile and such, but it is fully capable of being a base station.
