Haha yeah that never works. It basically never happens.
I would not want to trade for more low quality acres. Here a PI of 47 would be almost worthless ground, and 87 would be really prime ground... not sure if your CSR rating system works the same way. Maybe it does but you just get more rain to make the poor soil work where here we don't. You would have to trade 47 PI ground at least 4 to 1 here, not 2 to 1.
Would you trade high productive ground for more low productivity?
