I'm glad you can figure it out on your own because the replies you got were almost worthless because they varied so much.
1. Trade even up
2. Good stuff is worth 3 times as much per acre
3. Good stuff is worth 4 times as much per acre
4. Poor stuff is so bad you'll lose money forever.

What help are replies like that?
You know the land, yield, rainfall better than anyone.
FWIW if you cd trade even up I wd do it.
But I think you've got it figured out without anyone's help.
