Am I the only one who thinks this is a no brainer? If you can trade abstracts with no cash towards him I would do it in a heart beat, but I think he is expecting a nice check too. What makes it lower CSR? Blow sand?
And why is everyone saying having a road on 3 sides of a half section is a down fall? Have you not seen how most of Iowas public road system is laid out? 1x1 mile
