So I did a 20 year cd on some land I bought few years ago. I put 20% down and owner financed the rest at 3 percent. Is there any scenario where it would make sense to pay off early? Either with borrowed money from bank or cash? One owner has since passed and the remaining owner would be close to 90 by time it’s paid off. Thoughts?
