NW MN | As others stated might be a negotiation point that allows the heirs to close the estate. What does that cost you and what’s it worth to the heirs is the negotiation point.
Is the contract solid and payments well recorded if the heirs would dispute anything? To be clear I’m not certain what either of these would entail other them lawyer prepared and witnessed signed contract and canceled checks showing payments on schedule. | |
