Put an m modem in a few weeks back. The harness is hooked into the iso port in by the fuse boxes. It appears to be using the hours on the modem to express the machine hours when looking on operations center. Why is it not pulling actual machine hours?

Depending on where you are plugged in, there may not be any engine data in the wires that modem is talking to. Not extremely well versed in the MT700D series, but the MF side there is 5 different CAN networks, and 3 Diagnostic connectors. Depending on what systems you are looking for, determines which diagnostic plugs you plug into.

Do you see a connector number on the connector you are plugged into? Usually X then a number.

Just trying to look at info, they may not be marked. Challenger...phew. I'll find it for you, might take a minute.

Chris
