Eastern NE KS | Any of the following could be incorrect but I'd like to get it straight and think Google would send me chasing wrong ideas.
I think the moon faces the earth with the same surface/area. This maybe due to magnetic attraction between earth and moon.
I also recall the dark side of the moon is very cold inhospitable place. I come to think the dark side never faced the sun.
I cannot reconcile these thoughts because the eclipse proves them somehow screwy.
