It depends on whether how much time you have.
If you have enough time, I agree with the person that said to fly into Anchorage.
While Denali is great, chances of actually seeing the peak are not good. Even if I knew I'd get to see it, I'd still choose the Kenai Peninsula for a few days, rather than Denali. I'd rent a car for a few days.
