West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | No, Craigslist and Marketplace are where I buy mine. Been using a CPAP for 13 years. I have yet to do a sleep study or buy a new CPAP.
The newer auto CPAP machines are pretty much plug and play with no internal adjustments required. There are plenty of sources of information on YouTube for any brand CPAP, so if you want/need to get into the internal settings you will be able to find the procedure.
Buy a new hose and mask. Most online CPAP suppliers have workarounds so you can order masks as parts and wind up with a complete mask without a RX. I use a nasal mask (not pillows ) that blows air into my nose only. My son is a nighttime mouth breather so he uses a nasal mask that blows into his nose and covers his mouth as well.
