Alpena MI | For instance, I suffer from ear infections. I have ever since I was a baby, so they say. By the time I was 8 I could tell our family doctor what medication I wanted and how many mg per day should go with said medication. Amoxicillin Penicillin, Augmentin shouldn't be that hard to put labels on with use instructions. Instead I now go to a walk in clinic for an ear infection like I haven't had in 5 years or so. Get charged $175 and they give me a light prescription of Amoxicillin. Pretty sure I could have handled that in a lot less time and with less money if the option would have been available. I'm not advocating OTC pain killers and so on but possibly there is another way to handle antibiotics than where we are today? | |
