I have a guy that would like to rent my 75x55 and my 40x80 machine sheds, both 14ft sidewalls, dirt floors. Thinking about asking for $1,500 a month, too much or too little? TIA
Way to much for farmers. But think outside the box and rent to your camper, rv, boat owning owners.
May have to put in some stone and add some doors. But would be worth the extra income. |
