SW Wisconsin | Just a thought, look on your insurance policy to see what value you have them insured for. Take that number and take it times 5%, which is what a cd would bring. Take that number and divide it by 12 and charge that amount per month. If you want to add a little more ask your assessor what the taxes are for the building. What ever that number is would be at least a starting amount. | |
