How much is insurance and taxes on the building? Do you supply electric if needed. Might check with your ins agent if you’re going into rental shed business. Money up front? How often will machinery taken in and out? Do you need to supply rock for drive and in front of buildings? And do you want someone coming off and on your place continually?
