NNW Nebraska
Don't think this is the year to grow corn.

For now, hay or graze.

Grass need fertilizer to make it produce. Might take about as much as corn. Guessing you get a fair amount of rain.

I graze mine some in the spring. Let it grow back and hay it. Then fall or winter graze it more. This is irrigated in nw nebraska.

What does pasture rent for in your area. Is there any available near by. What would you expect to have to pay for hay if you needed it. Any available nearby so that trucking don't get expensive.

Does your fertilizer dealer have spreaders to rent or will they spread it timely.

Do you have someone who would custom hay it timely

Worried about brodleaf weeds, you could probbky get herbicide put on with fertilizer.
